of SAA tijdens minstens 1 episode. Indien gendiagnostiek is gedaan: Bewijzende karakteristieke mutatie in NLRPR3 plus 1 van onderstaande symptomen: Overige mutaties in in NLRPR3 plus 2 van onderstaande symptomen: - urticariële uitslag - rode ogen (conjunctivitis, episcleritis, uveïtis) - sensorineuraal gehoorverlies Indien geen genetisch onderzoek gedaan: Minimaal 2 van onderstaande symptomen: - urticariële uitslag - getriggerd door koude of stress - sensorineuraal gehoorverlies - chronische aseptische meningitis - skeletafwijkingen (epiphysial overgrowth / frontal bossing) |
