Cross-ReactionsIt belongs to the group B (triamcinolone acetonide) grouping of corticosteroids (Coopman et al). According the A-D grouping, patch-test reactions occur 6-7 times more frequently within well-defined groups of structurally related chemicals than between corticosteroids of different groups.
